I love this idea for my, 10 Days of Kid Friendly Foods, because, well, it's just so cute! A friend of mine told me about these and then I started seeing them all over the place. Filled with any of your favorite sandwich fillings, mine are filled with peanut butter and jelly and peanut butter and apples, any combination of your liking will make the perfect sushi!
Paired with homemade veggie dip and baby carrots, you've got a nutritious, delicious, kid friendly food...
Ingredients:
Sandwich fillings, such as ham and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter and apples, you name it
Bread, with the crusts cut off and rolled thin with a rolling pin
Directions:
Lay out your slice of bread, mine was multigrain, and remove the crusts. Roll with a rolling pin until nice and thin. Fill with your favorite filling, being careful not to overfill and roll up sushi style.
Pair with some homemade dip and veggies to complete the meal. These are perfect for meals on the go, too.
Time to eat!

And for dessert...the marshmallow crunch brownie
Let me tell you something: these are the most delicious brownie on the planet. I found these over at Brown Eyed Baker, and had to make them right away. These are amazing! Wow your kids and make these for dessert.
